Victorian Terrace

The full reconfiguration, extention and refurbishment of a Victorian Terrace in Brixton into a 4-bedroom family home. The house was the first property on the street to successfully obtain planning permission for a mansard roof extension.

 

Emma managed the project from inception to completion including design direction and full project and procurement management - selecting and purchasing materials and fittings to ensure the project remained within cost targets.
